We understand how important your jewelry is to you. That's why every piece from deruiterdr is made to last, backed by a lifetime guarantee.
What our Lifetime Warranty covers:
Our lifetime warranty protects you against manufacturing defects from the moment you receive your deruiterdr jewelry. If you experience any of the following issues, we'll fix them with a repair or replacement:
- Breakage, defective mechanisms or closures.
- Chains that break.
- Discoloration or deposits (outside normal use).
- Scratches (deeper than superficial wear).
- Gemstones that become loose.
Our promise to you:
Unlike other warranties, deruiterdr guarantees the quality of your jewelry for life. Should a replacement piece also develop a defect (even if this hasn't happened yet), it will remain under the same warranty.
What our warranty does not cover:
- Non-jewelry products by deruiterdr .
- Claims with previously submitted photos.
- Lost or stolen items.
- Intentional damage or damage caused by third parties.
- Excessive wear and tear.
Examples of excessive wear:
Jewelry that has been subject to heavy or repeated misuse and exhibits damage beyond what we cover under our manufacturer's warranty.
How to file a claim:
To file a claim, please send a clear photo of the item, along with your order number and a description of the defect, to info@deruiterdr.nl . We'll guide you through the next steps. Please note: Claims without a photo cannot be processed.
Our right to reject claims:
To continue offering this value to our customers, we reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet our criteria for manufacturing defects or fall outside the scope of this warranty. This includes, in addition to the exclusions mentioned above, claims that our team deems potentially false or fraudulent.
